I have been on weekly sessions with Jordan for many months now and have seen marked improvement! Initially I started with monthly sessions, but after seeing improvement I decided to invest the time and money on weekly sessions. And I have no regrets whatsoever!
The other reason for initially deciding to have PT sessions was to enable me to gain confidence with weights. Weight rooms can always be intimidating but Jordan has helped me immensely in this regard. Since training began, I soon gained confidence to enter the weight room on my own, on machines, free weights and barbells, as well as bodyweight moves such as dips and pull/chin-ups. Jordan and I have built up a fantastic working relationship and we have fun whilst training, which is always super important. He also makes a mean, post-workout protein shake!
