Lifestyle Performance Transformations (LPT) was born from the vision of Founder Matt Sutton. Matt was a young and fit personal trainer just starting his career when at aged 27 he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive Cancer.
In battling his illness Matt discovered the power of nutrition, lifestyle & mindset alongside physical fitness for improving health & wellness.
With this new found knowledge & lease on life he went on to change his whole approach to helping people get the results they desired by using a holistic approach of nutrition, lifestyle & mindset coaching alongside personal training.
He now calls this the T.C.P method.
We approach each client on a personal basis, whether it's 1-to-1 personal training or in our large group programs, everyone is considered an individual and everyone gets that individual attention. We'll arrange a free success phone call or face to face meeting during which we'll discover more about you as a person, what you want to achieve and together we'll work out how you can get there. If you decide to work with LPT then great, but after the initial contact there is no obligation to sign up so if for whatever reason you don't believe working with LPT will get you your goals then we won't pressure you to sign up with us.
