I decided that being a Personal Trainer was something I really wanted to do and had a passion to help people. Once that decision was made, starting my own business was the natural next step to ensure I could provide the service I wanted to. I provide sessions via video calls online. The sessions are all 1-2-1 and you get all the support and services that anyone seeing me in person would get, the only real difference is that I am on your phone or laptop etc rather than in the room with you.
