How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Starting with a program designed specifically for the client, taking into consideration their vital statistics, age, lifestyle/work life & preferences to their training environment. My training style is firm but informal in order to achieve the best results from my clients, I don't agree with making my clients dread each session & putting fear into their mental state early on in the program. Approaching each stage with measured & realistic goals specific to each client, results are achieved & a happy trainer-client relationship is formed.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

SEEING YOUR BODY HOW YOU WANT IT TO LOOK & FEELING YOUR FEELINGS EVERYTIME YOU DO!
Realistic changes introduced in every area of my clients day to day living ensures solid/permanent improvements that eventually feel natural to perform without thinking about it!
Diet plays a 30% part, exercise plays a 30% part, mental strength is an equal 30% leaving 10% for the training environment available.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping clients achieve goals they never thought they could/would, assessment days get me so exited knowing full well an improvement has occurred in my clients health. My tape measure has the Midas touch & I love nothing more than bringing it out every week.
My job takes me into areas of sport that stretches my own fitness experience which I love the challenging aspect of, I will eat-sleep & breathe that sport until I have grasped the whole concept to the point of researching the fabric used in the sportswear worn for that particular discipline.
Fresh air training is the best tonic & AIRBORNE ACADEMY practices what it preaches.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Living in The Lake District I had the biggest outdoor gym at my disposal. Although I worked part-time in a health club, my real inspiration came from the landscape.
The open water choices for swimming were idyllic -the running tracks on the fells were Jurassic & the cycling routes were breathtaking....training in the freshest air you could get & ALL FOR FREE ..!
I was desperate to train share my finds with others who needed a little guidance as to how to train safely & effectively outdoors. VOILA! & so my business started to become reality.

Why should our clients choose you?

FOR EVERY: reason-excuse-question-challenge-disappointment-frustration-heartbeat-negative-positive-ability-success-one life-achievement-inch loss-muscle growth-adrenalin rush-tear....
