Richard was an engaging and truly inspirational speaker, who was a pleasure to work with! I was initially a little apprehensive about coaching. I thought that surely, I should be able to work this out myself. Can't say I've ever been happier to be so wrong. Bex has been fantastic to work with. Bex is really easy to talk to and came equipped with the tools to untangle my messy brain and help me on the path to clarity in my values and my career path forward. At the time of writing this, I am honestly as clear as I have ever been after years of brain fog and over-analysis when it came to who I am professionally and where I feel I’d be best placed to work within my value system, which is so important to me. It’s also been a lot of fun and I’m almost certain to be back when I get to where I’m going (or even on the way) as Bex’s input has been completely invaluable and has freed me from unnecessary restrictions I put on myself. I used Richard for a recent Headteachers conference. He was an amazing presenter who had made such an impression on the audience . He had clearly tailored the talk to the audience and he is truly an inspiration.
