Geinte and his team at LGL Building Services Ltd has carried out excellent work for us in installing a new roof at our property while taking away the old chimney breast and in attending some interior bathroom leak work. He was truly time bound and cost conscious, work has been carried out to very high standard with excellent safety measures applied throughout. I am pleased we came across him through my sister who did large amount of buildings work at her property. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Dave when he came to replace the float in the water tank in the loft. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The job was done quickly and efficiently, with no mess left behind. I really appreciated how Dave took the time to explain what needed doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable plumber!

This was a very important build for us and we were on a very tight budget. The team made sure that we could have everything we needed at a price we could afford. The project was then broken down into staged payments so that we paid for what had been done. The team are very family oriented and were a delight to get to know. Their work ethic is strong and I know that they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at every stage. Of course there were hiccups and delays, but tell me a build that doesn’t experience that at some point?! Anyway, the end result is a beautiful extension that will make our lives as full time carers not only easier but will add quality to our lives. We are full of admiration and thanks for a job very well done, with us and our family at the centre from start to finish. Thank you Rooster!
