Hart and Hales remodelled the upstairs bathroom EXPERTLY. From all the bathrooms I had done, this was the best by a mile! From the initial design to completion, the whole thing was flawless. A family friendly contractor by the way (in terms of behaviour and conduct); so if you have children, these guys will be the best choice for you. Mike has a team of specialists, such tiler, plasterer, electrician etc. Every single one of them have an obsession for perfection. Put it like this, Danny (one of the plumbers) led the crusade to remove all plastic pipes in the bathroom and install high quality copper pipes. The tiler put a tile probably 2mm of place (I couldn't see it, but he redone it). I'm so pleased with the job that I've awarded the downstairs bathroom to Hart and Hales. I will leave a seperate review for the downstairs bathroom seperately at theres a lot of remodeling to do. This is just so you know why there maybe two reviews from me. I'd recommend Hart and Hales anytime. Feel free to ask Bark or Hart and Hales to use me as a referee (Rahim). I'll arrange access for you to see what I've achieved with them, it really has been transformational!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was incredibly generous with his time and extremely responsive. When I had an issue with a leaking boiler, he came out without any hesitation and made a genuine effort to resolve the problem. His professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. Highly recommend him for any plumbing or boiler work!
