Zoe is absolutely amazing as a dog walker. My 3yo cavapoo is quite a nervous dog, but he runs to the door and can’t wait to go for his walks with Zoe!
Zoe is incredibly caring with the dogs in her supervision, she works really hard to group them so they have the best experience with other dogs they’re used to. She mixes up different walks, based on what they need and always has lots of updates and photos to share. Zoe is organised, incredibly helpful and accommodating. Her motto is to treat her clients and furrier clients how she would want to be treated / how she would want her own dog to be treated and that really shows up in what she does. From the moment we met her we were both struck by how seriously she took her role. She demonstrates fantastic awareness of how pet owners can feel anxious at leaving their pet and she was immediately able to put us at our ease. We felt we had found someone our cat would be safe with and we were right.
