Andrea was amazing and helped us with our 4 month old Westie puppy Max, who was extremely naughty, hyperactive and disobedient. After previously owning a Westie and him passing away 4 years ago, we finally decided to get another dog and thought another westie would be the perfect choice as we knew the breed so well, especially with two young children it was so important that we knew what to except!!! Unfortunately Max was completely different to what our old Westie was like and we were shocked with the difference in behaviour when we got Max. Max barked uncontrollably and would constantly bite our feet and want our attention. That’s when we got in touch with good dog. After Andrea came to see Max, only after her second visit and following all her advice, Max was like a completely different dog and I can not believe the change in him. I’ve had dogs all my life and thought I would never need a trainer to help me but Max was not what I expected and thanks to Andrea he now follows our instructions and is the loveliest affectionate dog and although we have trained him hard it’s not taken away his lovely character and personality. We called upon the help of B&D Professional Dog Walking Services as our two 1 year old Miniature Schnauzers we’re getting into the habit of darting to the front door whenever it ran and they both would jump up at any visitors entering through excitement. Having two makes it a lot harder but Sarah Came over and immediately addressed where we were going wrong. After just a few run throughs with Sarah my 11 year old and I had both dogs sat whilst the doorbell rang and they did not move when the door was opened. When someone entered she explained exactly how we should react and what type of behaviour we should reward. You can clearly see the love Sarah has for dogs and what a natural she is when training them (and us). I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that needs a few tips or training with their pups. We will delay dog grooms if there are family members with Covid 19.
Door handles and card machines are disinfectant after use.

At drop off, a dog crate is available, please place your dog in the crate, remove lead,collar/ harness and secure crate, step back when greeted by staff, then will then attached the dog to a lead and remove from the crate, after taking information for you.
Most of the communication will be over the phone.
