Jo, is truly exceptional. She excels in both motivation and confidence building, in addition to enhancing physical abilities. Jo even provided me with a training video for sessions in between our meetings. One of the aspects I appreciated most about working with Jo was her dedication to educating me about muscles, appropriate exercises, and equipment choices for muscle development. In a brief period, I gained a wealth of knowledge. I am deeply thankful to Jo as I hit not just one, but two personal bests during our final session. Lon is a great teacher and all round good guy. He's got a really insightful and patient teaching style so I've learnt a lot in a short space of time, would definitely recommend for boxing/fitness classes!

I furtherly enjoyed my 6-months of training sessions with Jo. As a middle-aged man, I've always enjoyed running and the gym but lost interest following lockdown. Jo's weekly circuit training sessions provide a full body workout focused on individual needs. In my case, core! I found her encouraging, knowing when to push and more importantly, knowing when not to. I completed my goal last weekend, to run the 2024, Reading Half Marathon. Without any hesitation I would recommend Jo to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.
