Born in Congo-Kinshasa, Joseph Hezekiah founder of Making Brethren’s Grow, came to the UK aged 5 years old. With an absent father and a lack of positive male role model, growing up in-between deprived parts of Tottenham to Edmonton, North London and Poplar, East London, had many challenges. Joseph quickly grew a love for playing football which allowed him to focus his attention away from his personal circumstances. Tragically, at the age of 16 years old Joseph suffered a hamstring injury and the inability to perform in sport lead him to make a series of poor choices and become influenced into a world of criminal activity as well as drop out of university. With a lack of mentorship, guidance and understanding of self-purpose Joseph then went on to pursue a car hire business with friends, which ultimately failed. Joseph suffered several personal financially and bereavements including his Grandmother, Father and Mother all within 3 years apart. Throughout the years, Joseph has identified two things which he believes are paramount to everyone; 1) To understand your given assignment in life which others can also identify as your purpose. 2) In every good business, team sport or organisation you must understand the importance of Sales, Recruitment, and Development which allows for good duplication and success. MBG Group is about motivating its clients to understand their purpose and equip them with the correct skills, attitude and philosophy to maximise their goals within any given field. MBG group believes understanding purpose keeps you on track and shows you the correct routes and connections to fulfil your destiny. “Once a desire is birthed, one will then manifest their assignment.” Now a mentor, coach and motivational speaker, Joseph Hezekiah uses his personal experiences to aid his clients identify their purpose for maximum success
