This is a great gym. It is very reasonably priced, great opening hours and free parking. The equipment is all new and there is plenty to go round even in busy times. The gym is great value for money, it has everything I need and friendly staff and great Personal Trainers who make you feel really welcome around the gym and in classes. I use a mix of gym sessions, classes, PT sessions and the transformation camp and I'm enjoying it more and more as my fitness improves and I am almost at my target weight. This gym has really good equipment & the long opening hours, mean you can go, when it suits you. There are lots of different classes available too & the price means it is accessible to everyone. You dont feel awkward or as if you are getting watched since there is a separate woman's area. I use to be very self conscious now I will go to the main gym and be happy. There are always staff to help you if needed. Very friendly and extremely cheap. What more could you ask for in a gym. More...
