Yes, the majority of our work is done remotely. Communication with clients can be by email, telephone or video call.

The majority of our work is done remotely and meeting in person is often not necessary.
Accounts preparation
Whether you are a sole trader, partnership or company, you will need to prepare accounts each year for HMRC and/or Companies House. We are registered with ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and offer qualified Chartered Accountants with years of experience with many different businesses, who can help you prepare your accounts, from whatever records you keep.
Taxation
Wyche Accountants is also registered with the CIOT (Chartered Institute of Taxation) and provides both tax compliance and advice, by a CTA (Chartered Tax Advisor) qualified professional specialising in corporation tax and owner managed businesses. We can therefore provide advice to businesses and their owners, ensuring that tax obligations are fulfilled and that the correct amount of tax is paid, but no more than is necessary.
Payroll
If you employ anyone in your business, you will need to run payroll whenever you pay anyone. We offer payroll services for different sized businesses, from one to many employees, complying fully with HMRC's Real Time Information requirements.
Company Secretarial
Most small companies don't have the resources to deal with company secretarial matters in house. We can therefore advise on transactions that require compliance with the Companies Act 2006, drafting paperwork and Companies House forms.
