I can't recommend Sam highly enough. He and his team renovated the downstairs of our Victorian terraced house, including knocking down an old extension and building a new one, opening up structural walls, fitting a kitchen, building a new patio area, tiling the hall. .. He and his team also repaired our roof, gutters and re-wired the lighting in the whole house. As is common with very old houses, the more layers we removed the more problems were revealed but Sam took them in his stride, explaining our options and pricing the extra work quickly and fairly so that we could decide next steps and move on with the work. Before we met Sam, we were burnt by a very bad (very cheap) builder whose work on the upstairs of our house was so bad that lots of it needed re-doing. Very good building services indeed. My wife and I used JPB Building services in March 2015 to blockpave our driveway and build a conservatory in the back of the house for extra space. We have used them to build two loft conversions as they are reliable reasonably priced and have good communication.
