I'm really enjoying my sessions with Jessica from Work That - because they are tailored brilliantly to my fitness levels and needs. I have found the exercises and conversation-on-the-go highly energizing, interesting and uplifting. Jessica's sessions are just the right combo of challenging + fun - and she adapts them cleverly to make them feel holistic - so that body, mind + emotions benefit. I offer online coaching. When working with mobile clients, we work in outdoor public spaces and maintain social distancing at all times. I also wear full PPE.

Pilates classes are great for general pilates work, but 1-2-1 pilates sessions allow you to deepen your practise and experience an entire session tailored to your needs.

You will be with a highly trained pilates coach throughout your journey, who will tailor sessions and a personal programme for you. This is ideal for anybody who has a specific issue they need to work on, anyone who prefers 1-2-1 tuition or needs to tailor their training around their schedule.

We offer training in North and East London, and Hertfordshire.
