We have found Suzzi to be friendly, reliable and compassionate. At our first consultation she was eager to know the important things about Zak so that he would feel comfortable in her company and vice versa. She treats the dogs in her care as if they were her own, providing morning cuddles when he stays (!) and giving us peace of mind. Updates and photos sent during the day confirm the good time he is having! The collection and delivery service is also a great bonus. I have known Suzzi for many years and can honestly say that she is a natural with animals. She has always had dogs and cats of her own, so is very experienced in caring for them. We were concerned at finding a new carer for our two boys after the previous dog walker moved up North; but having interviewed many; we are confident we chose the right one in Suzzi. The dogs are in great hands with Suzzi. She is kind, caring and very much on the ball with the dogs health and best interests. Communication is key and Suzzi's skills are excellent. Suzzi has made life so much easier for us. She was recommended to us and her daycare has been a total gamechanger after a stressy time with a previous company.

Suzzi is so punctual with picks up and drop offs. She treats the dogs in her care like they are her family. Charlie loves her and even waits at the window for her to arrive!

We are now able to get on with our work days with no worries about Charlie's welfare.

I don’t think 5* is a high enough rating for Suzzi! She is a fantastic lady who clearly loves and cares for every dog she looks after as if it was her own. Luna loves going for day care and I love not having to worry about her and knowing that she is having fun! Luna had her first weekend away from home with Suzzi and it was great to get regular updates and assurance that she was enjoying herself which meant that I could enjoy my weekend. 10* service! I found Suzzi through Facebook and I am so glad I did. She is great and it isn't just a job for her, she cares about the dogs in her care. The dogs are walking in small manageable groups so they are able to enjoy playing with each other as well as interacting with Suzzi. I have quite an anxious puppy and he is so relaxed when he is around Suzzi. Prices are very reasonable and cannot recommend Woofers & Wags enough. More...
