From the moment I turned up, I had bad vibes! There was no introduction and the first thing she said was (I don't know her name as she never introduced herself! ) that our pups lead wasn't good enough and how we should get a choke chain for him. I personally hate the choke chains! The trainer is very belittling towards the dog owners and extremely patronising! The trainer asked for £80 upfront before you do anything and it's non refundable. The thing that really upset me was when she said it's ok to roll up a newspaper and smack your dog across the head with it when they're being naughty! That's a big NO NO! No dog should ever be hit with anything! I walked out of the training not even halfway into the 1st session and never went back! I wouldn't recommend her at all. Total waste of £80! More...

Good basic training in the puppy course, advanced course most informative. Sherry is firm but fair with dogs and handlers. Can now sit, stay and walk to heel(dog is doing O,K too), Would recommend this training More...

I have trained 7 dogs with Sherry, all the dogs have had different issues but Sherry is so knowledgeable she is able to help each one individually in a calm assertive manner showing me how to step up and be a good calm leader to my dogs.
