Did a wonderful job of our flat roof. we had a leaking roof over our new kitchen and the gutter guy came around on Thursday to take a look, covered it for us with plastic sheeting for the weekend (because the weather was bad). .. and fixed it on Monday and Tuesday! all done. replaced or old fashioned felt roof with new rubber sheeting. so much better. many thanks. James and his right hand man Les did a superb job on installing a new flat roof on or utility/garage roof. From the moment James arrived to give me a quote, he gave me the impression that he took pride in his work. He was polite, answered all my questions, and spoke about the best options for my roof. All of the old roof was removed, and the new one installed, along with new facias and guttering.They even reinstated our weather vane. We are extremely pleased with the new roof. James is highly professional in the way he conducts himself, and i will certainly be using him again, and i have no hesitation in recommending his company to my friends and family. We needed a new rubber roof for our summerhouse and got 3 quotes. We chose the Gutter Guy, not just because his quote was the lowest, but because he came along and talked us through how the job needed to be done, showing that he knew what was needed and how to go about it. He and his employee have cheerfully completed the job today, in searing 30 degree heat, and have done a really good job, using quality materials and good workmanship, and leaving the site clean and clear. He is a very pleasant person to relate to, and we shall certainly recommend him to friends and hope to have him working for us in the future. After getting several quotes from various roofers I decided to choose James "the gutter guy". Not only did he offer the best price by quite a long way, he offered material options where other companies chose to overprice the product to put off that type of work. James' work ethic was relentless, he got straight on with the job and almost finished by the end of the first day. I waited until we had some rain before leaving this review.
