What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to work for myself as it then allows me to work the way I feel works best for my clients. It also means i can work around my family life
Why should our clients choose you?
I have studied for many years, doing a variety of courses to ensure I have as much knowledge and understanding in coaching, NLP and counselling to enable me to give my clients the best I can and help them my get the very best from their sessions with me. I have also recieved some very good feedback from my clients. A few of which are on my website under testimonials.

Counselling
I work with and have experience in a range of issues ranging from but not limited to anger management, anxiety, abuse and low self esteem/confidence. I use person centred approach in sessions. I also use NLP techniques if needed to really help empower my clients
