Amazing spa day, spa area fantastic and the treatment by Steph was really relaxing and one of the best I have had. Dillon was great and did my hair just how I wanted it. All areas of the spa are 5 star.

Been today, from walking in i was welcomed and was offered a drink. very welcoming. This was my first professional massage (neck, shoulders and back) the lovely lady Katrice dis a lovely massage and really concentrated on the places i had problems. Visited with my husband yesterday for a couples spa & massage which we won on a competition. From the reception area right through to the spa-this place is amazing. Met at reception by Dillon who was very professional & attentive throughout. Always asking if we were okay or if we wanted a drink and generally a lovely guy. We both had a massage-i had a full body massage & my husband a back & neck massage. Katrice was lovely-also very professional-the massage was the best ive had. She made me feel at ease & ensured our experience was as relaxing & calm as possible. We made full use of the relaxation zone, the snug and the wet zone which again were all amazing. We then had a lovely cream tea in the tea room. We both came away feeling very happy and relaxed. Thankyou so much Whitehills. This place is just what Hull needs. We will 100% return. My husband treated me to the pamper me package which I attend with my friend and have to say the full experience was fantastic. Dillon is such a great host made us feel at ease from the moment we walked in and was very attentive and made a good cuppa! We both had the 55 minute facial with Steph and was bar far the best facial I have ever had she really does have magic hands. The wet zone is brilliant didn’t feel rushed at all and had the full spa to ourselves. I would suggest some little mini toiletries in the wet zone for anyone wanting to shower afterwards just a nice little touch. We finished with an afternoon tea and was delicious the room where you have it is beautiful and would be an ideal place for a hen or baby shower it’s beautiful decorated through out. spent most of the day at Salon today getting my daughter prepped for prom. Ruby did a fantastic job of her brows, lashes and makeup she was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. Dillon did her hair and again he did a great job and was lovely and friendly. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. the treatments were fabulous, the relaxation zone is just awesome with an amazing ambience and the afternoon tea with prosecco was so fresh. This place is amazing! It's everything you would expect and more from a high quality spa. The only difference is, I don't have to travel for 2 hours to get there. The staff are all so lovely and make you feel very welcome. The offers they have are really value for money. Afternoon tea is a gorgeous, one of the best I've had.
