I never seem to find the time to leave a review but feel in this case I really have to pass on how happy we have been with the service from Whitegates Leicester office . We had 2 properties to sell and choose Whitegates to look after both sales, from the valuation with Ian we felt confident with his knowledge of house prices in our area and a real nice chap to have in your home. After getting offers on both houses in just two weeks we couldnt have been happier. We are now almost at completion on both properties and I have to mention Brannon and Chelsea at the office , a total credit to the company, no matter how many times I called with countless questions they are always calm warm and friendly and helped keep us focused on the end goal. We never plan on moving again ... Ever!! But if we did they would be my first call. Would highly recommend. Carl More...

Scott Haines gave us an excellent service. He kept us updated as to the process of our sale; oversaw. the valuation and sale of our property; and arranged several revisits to our new property. Additionally, he responded to our request for delivery of the keys on the day of completion. He was actually waiting for us when we arrived along with the removal van. After seeing an apartment within my first viewing I knew it was exactly what I wanted and brannon talked with me whenever I had questions being a first time buyer.
