We are a private Pilates studio based in West Watford. Our studio is fully equipped with all the Pilates equipment where we offer small group Reformer classes (3 in a class) or Private tuition.

Loretta is lovely. Her classes are very helpful whatever your level. Improved my flexibility, suppleness and strength. I went to them every week until I moved out of the area. Great fun. Very effective.

I went to Loretta's classes to recover body strength after a huge weight loss and I can't believe how quickly I regain muscles but that's not all, within 5 sessions I also straightened my shoulders and hips and greatly improved my digestive system. My daily life as full time mum got seriously easier! Thank you to Pilates but also to Loretta who shows passion and dedication helping each of us individually reaching our potential without being pushy. More...

I've been going to Pilotties for around 9 months after it was suggested by my Physio to help with lower back pain. I'll admit the first few classes were difficult and I never thought I'd 'get it' but with the calm help from Loretta and a great bunch of people I am really enjoying it! ! It's amazing to look back and think how far I've come, and my back pain is reduced if not gone completely as long as I keep up the classes. I wholeheartedly recommend this class and Loretta! More...

Loretta has been teaching me for about 3 years now and has seen me through my own pilates teacher training as well as 2 pregnancies. It would be hard to find a more intuitive patient teacher who will motivate you to achieve the best from your mind and body that you possibly can. Would highly recommend to anyone if all abilities. We offer Reformer classes at all levels, from absolute beginner to advanced.

With only three in a class. you will receive the help and guidance for a work out that is affordable and great fun.

Join us and find out how this unusual piece of equipment can change your body. Working with springs increases the resistance of mat work alone and changes your body twice as fast.

Private sessions are available throughout the week and are flexible to fit around your schedule.

The classes are focused on 'you' and where appropriate can include the use of any of the equipment. The Pilates equipment provides resistance to challenge your body using springs which support and facilitate each move.

Getting to grips with and understanding what the equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arm chair, spine corrector, pedi pole etc.) can do for you may sound daunting, but it's fun and changes are quickly apparent. Working within the Pilates system is perfect whether you are training for fitness or have a particular issue you need to address.

Reformer Duets are a great way to get the benefits of a full Pilates work out while spending time with a friend or partner. It is the perfect way to keep on track with your fitness goals, whilst learning the Reformer exercise repertoire giving you a complete and balanced workout.
