Can’t recommend this place and the 2 instructors enough. 2 of the kindest and most motivating people I have come across. I have been spinning for a few months with them and recently took their Threshold test, which was easily completed, and the difference it has made to my spinning is really incredible! By following the numbers I was given as a result of the test I am capable of pushing myself further than I ever imagined. Definitely worth completing the test to get the most from each session! Great classes by great instructors!! Gail and Stu are very passionate, professional and knowledgeable about what they do. I am loving the spinning and kettlercise classes and look forward to them each week which is saying something 👍

I have been going to both Kettlercise and Spinning classes with Gail & Stu since they opened in August and they are fab. Gail & Stu are amazing coaches who push you within your limits to get the best workout and as for Ted.. he is the main man!! All the equipment and premises are brand new. I have got so much fitter since starting. The classes are unlike any I have ever attended before and change all the time so keep it interesting. More...

I started taking Kettlercise classed with Gail during the first lockdown last year and have loved every week! Gail is so motivating, even on those days where I just don't want to do anything, I always end up trying my hardest. I've seen vast improvements on my fitness and strength over the past few months. Having only partaken in classes virtually, I don't feel like I've lost out on anything, Gail teaches each move so well and makes everything so easy to pick up! Over the years I have joined many gyms and tried many classes, but it never lasted for longer than six months. I was recommended Kettlebell Classes by a couple of friends and decided to give it a go. I joined Gail's classes a year before lockdown and never looked back. Of course once we went into lockdown I thought that online classes weren't for me , but how wrong was I!!! One year on and I can say this is the fittest and strongest I have been in a long time. I love how Gail's encouragement and passion for her job has pulled me along , kept me sane and made me challenge myself. Don't assume that because she is not in a room with you , she is not there with you every step of the way. Her directions, explanations and adaptations are clear, concise and easy to follow. What's most important is that she gets to know you and wants to get the best out of you even if this means encouraging you to ' listen to your body' and have a night off. I highly recommend Wellbrook Fitnes for Kettlercise classes, Gail is an extremely passionate instructor as well as being very charismatic, these two qualities in particular make Gail exceptionally motivating. If i’m starting a class feeling a bit lazy & lethargic it doesn’t take long before i’m pushing myself & it’s all down to Gail’s encouragement & enthusiasm. Thank-you Gail ! I have attended spinning classes with several different instructors over the past few years & i can honestly say that Stuart is exceptional, he seems to have a total understanding & empathy for instructing spinning classes, like Gail he is extremely passionate & enthusiastic, he really encourages you to put the extra effort in, all done in an extremely positive manor. When Stuart first taught at Brackley Leisure Centre we found a plan of the class on our handle bars before we began - thinking this was a 'higher' class of teaching we did not know what we were getting ourselves into! The proof was a better class of teaching because Stuart put his time, and knowledge of spinning into every class- and continues to do so! I learnt to monitor my heart rate, following Stuart's guidance and have the bike set up properly and over time my strength and stamina improved hugely. You find yourself challenging your fitness in each class- making this one better than the last. Stuart makes the classes welcoming and asks for music input and varies the classes to make sure he includes something for everyone over a weeks' teaching. I have known Gail for about two years when I started taking her kettlecise classes, these classes have contributed to my overall fitness and wellbeing which I have had a great deal of enjoyment . I found Gail very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful which has contributed to great Kettlecise workouts. I simply cannot recommend Gail & Stuart of Wellbrook Fitness highly enough. Their level of detailed input into programs and commitment to their clients is exceptional. Finding the right amount of encouragement for pushing yourself for improvement without detrimental effect is a skill that they have both indeed mastered. I have trained with them in person and online (Kettlercise -my personal fave thing). I started with a 4kg bell and now use 8,10,12 kg for the main bulk of the session. 3yrs ago I didn't know what Kettlercise was but thought I'd try something different. Glad I did. There's a technique to swinging the hand weight which doesn't take long to learn and then you're off with this fantastic form of exercise. It doesn't bulk you up but tones you all over and makes you feel strong. Gail is a great instructor - clear, encouraging and challenging when you need it. During COVID Gail moved her classes online and added mobility, legs, bums and tums and HIIT type sessions to her excellent programme. Gail and Stuart are just the best instructors and I have enjoyed every minute of their workouts. They are incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable, encouraging and very motivating. I have been training with them during lockdown online and definitely do not feel the need to return to the gym as they offer everything I could possibly hope for without needing to leave home and if you can’t make the live class you can catch up at your leisure. They offer a variety of classes with great music for all abilities. I highly recommend them both. More...

I have participated in Gail and Stuart's classes for just over two years. Having had a lifestyle change I decided I wanted to get fit again, I used to enjoy Spin but had not been to a gym for approaching 4 years. They are both amazing instructors with a mix of classes and routines, great music and motivation as well as that specific advice to help you improve. Having started as a beginner with them I worked on my cardio with them and now my strength. There classes through lockdown online have been great for motivation and I have also now started Insanity classes with them which is something I never considered. So happy to be able to get back to Kettlercise with Gail at Wellbrook! I 1st joined Gail’s Kettlercise class with my wife around 10 years ago when we moved to Woking. Not only was it the hardest and most challenging fitness class I had ever taken part in, it was really good fun and very welcoming to all levels. It quickly became a big part of our lives and we formed a big social circle from it and made some great friends. Excited to dust off my Kettle again and would encourage all to give it a try! I participated in both Stu’s & Gail’s spinning classes for a number of years. Both excellent instructors, could not have asked for more. Very attentive wanting the best for you. I have also taken Gail’s kettlebell classes which is taught to a high standard. Always ensuring everyone had good form and offering correction if required. A big thumbs up from me! Gail and Stuart are not only amazing instructors but lovely people too! I have done all of the classes that they have taught at some point, they both always go the extra mile to ensure you get the best out of their classes. They demonstrate modifications and adaptations to suit individuals abilities and limitations so no one has to feel left out. I had not done kettlebells before I started training with Gail and I quickly progressed. I love how they both manage to squeeze a little bit more work out of you even though you think you are done ‘if it’s hard, kick again!’ If you are really lucky you may even get a glimpse of their gorgeous doggo too xx More...

I have been in Gail and Stu’s classes since the very beginning when they joined Brackley Leisure Centre- and it is the longest I have stuck to a fitness regime EVER! Gail’s kettlersize and Stu’s spin classes have changed my body and my stamina - I am more toned and so much stronger. Add in Hiit, LBT and Insanity and there is something for every fitness level. It Is their personalities though -their encouragement, inspiration, personal interest in their clients and the fact that just when you think you haven’t got anymore to give- they mention your name and say ‘I know you’ve got this!!’ - that keeps people returning. They changed the way of training to be on-line so that it all seamlessly carried on through lock down and I, for one, will not be returning to the gym. Gail & Stu’s commitment to their fitness sessions are incredible! They are both so encouraging and empowering to make you gain your fitness to a level you want to achieve & more. The mixture of classes that are offered are very well balanced; something for everyone. I have been with them both for sometime now, I continue to be with them for a very long time. I have trained with Gail both in person before COVID and since March 2020 online. Doing a variety of classes, Kettlecise, LBT, Low Impact HIit and mobility flow’s. Gail’s enthusiasm is contagious and she motivates you to challenge yourself. It doesn’t matter what your level of fitness is. Gail has reignited my passion for fitness, I look forward to her classes. I met Gail and Stu at Brackley Leisure Centre a few years ago where I was working and they joined the centre as members, and then soon started teaching classes there. As a member of staff, I always like to try new classes to be able to recommend to our customers or at least tell them what to expect......Wow is all I can say when I took part in the kettlebells taster sessions. I have done this class ever since and I can honestly say it to the class that will change your body shape the most - it’s tough but Gail motivates and pushes you throughout- if you want results give it a go. When Covid Struck Boom, Gail was there to continue training online and added more classes into the mix. Stu and Gail are patient, informative and inspirational. I’ve had a variety of live and online classes with both instructors, these have push me beyond what I thought I was able to do. what can I say Stu and Gail are one of the best instructors I've ever had! really motivating! really grateful for all there hard work throughout lockdown I really don't think I would of been able to motivate myself. I've really improved on my fitness levels as being able to do it live with them I can fit more classes in than when I went to the gym.
