We had water running into an upstairs bedroom days before Christmas and just after we had completely redecorated the room. WSR turned up within 90 minutes on my referral to Bark. I was reasonably confident WSR were being honest about the extent of the problem and they undertook to get the roof weather proof before Christmas. Day 1 was lost due to rain but on day 2 we had 3 workmen on site to strip the tiles of a quarter of the roof, replace the breathable lining, and to re-mortar the ridge tiles and replace the tiles.
