Describe your creative process.
We have a chat with a client over a coffee and get to know who they are and what they do. We collect the information we need from the client to help us form a brief. We discuss that brief with our team and engage everyone creatively. We begin with guided research, followed by an independent brainstorming session. This followed by a group feedback session and a further refined brainstorming session. From this a shortlist of ideas is made and 3 concepts are chosen to be worked up in the concept stage to be presented to the client for feedback. After collecting the client feedback the chosen concept is developed to a final version. A further client feedback session is given and the final concept is finalised.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A chat about who they are and what challenges they face. Budget, timescale and deliverables. Information to form a brief.
What do you love most about your job?
The challenges of every new project. Developing something new and unique every time that is completely bespoke to each client. What each project and new client can teach me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew I had more to offer than just boring, uninspiring, cheap and nasty design. I knew I could help clients to achieve their goals and I could create new and exciting designs to help build brands. I wanted to work creatively with clients and build a team of like minded people around me.
