How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
To convert a garage, it will firstly need to be structurally sound & also have a protective layer of damp course.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
A garage would need the floor insulated and screeded.
The walls and ceiling will need to be insulated and fireproofed with all electrics installed and tested.
The space will need to be moisture proofed and well ventilated.
The space will need emergency access in case of an emergency.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for nearly 10 years and look to continue and grow our work range. Starting out in the Groundworks & landscaping industry, we are now looking at going towards putting extensions onto our growing portfolio.
What guarantee does your work come with?
2 to 10 year guarantee will be provided with any of our works taken. These depend on what work we are undertaking.
What do you love most about your job?
I’ve always had loads of passion where my work is concerned! I’ve always loved going from job to job and doing something different every time then seeing a different end result! This keeps me fresh on my toes and I’ll never get bored of doing it, it’s what I truly have a passion for!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started with working for a small business doing the same as what I am now. It always fascinated me seeing different jobs end results and from there I had always wanted to do it for myself! Here we are 8 years later still going strong and priding myself with my work gaining some great contacts who produce repeat business. I am truly thrilled with how far I’ve taken the business and will go on for many more years to come.
