I was dissapointed with the window cleaner s yesterday (01/06/19) WCL Cleaning Services which I fully paid for the service and all they did was spray the windows with the hose. They didn't clean or even rinse the window sills there was no shining or polishing. After they left I noticed that there was still residue from dirt that had been left behind. WCL were great. They contacted me promptly and were able to arrange a slot at a good time at a competitive price. On the day they turned up dead on time. They did a great job cleaning our windows but pulled the hose so hard that the hose wheel ripped off the side of our house. When I complained it took several weeks for customer service to get back to me and I had to chase to get an answer. They basically told me that their employees said that they did not cause any damage to my house and basically called me a liar. Do not book them, they damage your house, call you a liar and do nothing to repair the damage. If I could give zero start I would. More...

AMENABLE AND HARDWORKING , no confirmation of agreed appt but turned up 1/2hr early!

The outside of my windows had not been cleaned in a number of years. An awkward spot right in the corner with a 10 foot drop below and just the roof above. After musing for a few moments and me thinking they'll say, sorry...can't do it they did it! Daniel climbed on to the room below (I didn't see how) and using his long brush cleaned my windows and they are so sparkly. Thoroughly impressed I then said why not do my back, sash windows. Much earlier and straightforward. Not for them - they climbed out onto my window sill and cleaned the window. At one point walking across to the next room (me holding my breath!) and cleaned that one too. Such great service, friendly, such a great price and so efficient.
