What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people achieve independence and happiness in their own home. This sector is so incredibly rewarding when done right, and that is what I strive to do at all times.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my career I have been fortunate to work for some amazing organisations and with some wonderful people. My last two roles were as Managing Director. I felt it was time for me to run my own company in an industry that I have so much love and passion for. It is the best thing I have ever done!
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer a personal and bespoke service. I spend time listening to my clients and empower my team to do the same. Honesty and trust are important to me and crucial in building relationships with my clients.
I also believe in investing in my team, including first class training, support and development in order to recruit, train and retain the very best care workers.
We have CQC registration.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our Covid-19 policies are continually updated to fully reflect the current government guidelines on safety including PPE.
