Great salon, spoiled by the owner. Poor organisation, bad communication and appalling customer service. Made to feel bullied and humiliated on the day of a family funeral. The owner, Vicky, mispriced a block booking of appointments that I’d prepaid for by 2.5x the amount. She didn’t acknowledge her mistake, put the responsibility on me, and made me feel pressured and upset. Although we’d come to a fair compromise, her husband interjected and made things worse. I felt bullied. I told him about the family funeral and his reply ‘Why do you keep mentioning the funeral? IT’S NOT MY PROBLEM!!’ I went to leave and collect my money and my coat. In that time I was assured the stylists would look after me if I stayed. I agreed, then Vicky had the audacity to back-charge me for the first appointment to rectify her mistake! After Vicky and her husband left, I sat in the chair in tears. All the stylists came to say how sorry they were. Needless to say I won’t be returning. More...

I went a 2nd time and had it done by Kellyann I had a brown tone added and my goodness I absolutely loved it they make you feel at ease instantly and the salon has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff are all lovely and chatty well done girls see you soon for my next colours lol
