I got a sofa and coffee table delivered from warrenpoint to Kilkenny city with this company and I cannot say enough about them. Thanks to Jamie & Sarah. Absolutely faultless service. I needed to have a small apartment's worth of belongings moved from a storage unit in Wandsworth in London to my parents house in Cork and as this was my first time using a removal company, I was very apprehensive. From start to finish, I had nothing to worry about. Both Vinnie and Karen were excellent in terms of arrangements and answering my many queries. The cost of the move was very competitive and date and times of collection were very flexible. Sarah was the driver and she was fantastic! Her communication was excellent prior to collection. She loaded everything up and wrapped my furniture and other items carefully, I had no concerns whatsoever about all of my stuff.She collected on Saturday and delivered everything on Wednesday without a hitch. VK Removals did a house move for us this week and I cannot rate them highly enough!!! They were really professional right from the first phone-call until the job was complete. They were so very accommodating by holding our stuff for a couple of days when things got delayed at the new property. Just moved from Manchester to Derry with VK removals. Excellent experience. Vinnie was in touch in advance of the move and helped to get us packing materials so we could get organised. On the day Vinnie arrived early with 3 men and they had everything on the van within a few hours. They supplied blankets to protect furniture and banisters etc plus new mattress bags and bags for the sofa cushions which were a great help. The next morning we met Vinnie at our new property with Karen, Sally and Aaron. They had the lorry unloaded in a couple of hours and were professional and helped to keep the morning calm. Excellent service. Karen was so friendly and easy to chat to, so accommodating when our completion date got knocked back. On the morning of the move Karen rang to advise they were on their way, and were right on time . From there on everything was effortless. TV and mirrors, pictures were all beautifully packed, and mattresses and sofas wrapped. Not one thing was damaged, and everything was transported to our new home promptly and without fuss. Vinnie delivered a large shipment of good for my parents in spain. He hand delivered everything and assembled it without damaging anything and is attitude is 2nd to none. My parents really enjoyed his craic and outstanding service. He told us 1 week before what day and time he would arrive at and he arrived at that exact time - a 1900 mile journey.
