Coaches use traditional life and business coaching methods coupled with positive mindset strategies, creative visualisation, the art of gratitude, journaling and has a supportive community and weekly podcast for clients to get ongoing support outside of the coaching setting.

What do you love most about your job?
I get to help individuals fulfil the potential and to achieve their dreams and aspirations. I love providing people with the skills, resources and community to live a more positive life as well as sharing inspirational stories of people that have transformed their lives, careers and businesses in a way that will empower and inspire others to do the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It has been calling me since a child. I was blessed to have discovered the law of attraction, meditation, journaling and gratitude during my early years 4-15 and it has been my life work to create a business out of my passions. I also have extensive experiences managing business support programmes for local government and being a non-executive director under the age of 40 and I want to help more people fulfil their purpose and find their passions as early as they can in life so that they can live a more positive life from now on.

I am very thorough and prepared and like to spend time to really get to know my clients, before creating packages and offers that are completely bespoke to their needs. I hope potential clients will feel able to ask as many questions as they need before making an informed decision to work with me. I am always here to help.

Yes absolutely. I prefer to offer all my services via zoom if possible, especially during this time, where we cannot physically meet face-to-face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I offer all my services online and in the safety of their own homes. With regular communications.
