Highly recommend VIPilates as I started 8 weeks ago and felt and saw the difference within 3 sessions. The team are great very friendly & make exercising fun , the classes are small so very personal & feels like I’m having a private class. I really look forward to my twice weekly sessions. It helped ease my back pain & I can notice the difference in my body tone. More...
