Ross arrived prompt and had had kept me informed. He had been able to give me an earlier appointment than first booked which I was very grateful. I explained the problem I had with a previous sweep, due to the make of fire I have. Ross has a great knowledge of his subject and was clean tidy and very polite. He explained what had to been done, and what may need to be done if something was wrong.I received a certificate for the work carried out with a recommendation for its next sweep.I highly recommend Ross for his work 5 stars. We had Ross from Soloheat and chimneys come out in early Feb 2019 to discuss having a wood-burner installed. The information and guidance given was much appreciated and helpful. We had the Wood-burner fire installed this week and are thrilled to bits with it. When we had a couple of questions, we messaged Ross who came straight back with answers and also came round to make sure we had understood correctly.They were professional, made sure everything was covered due to the dust being made, thoroughly cleaned and hoovered the room after - couldn't tell they have been in - apart from the stunning wood-burner now sitting in the fire place.
