Had a quote for £10,684 to fit an en-suite and bedroom furniture. He stripped out the job and done very little work and now at the cost of £15,087 We question the bill and he asks for full payment saying he’ll explain. We pay him up to date £15k and then receive an email 5 mins later saying as we have questioned his bill he no longer feels comfortable working for us. Now we are left with a raw shell of a bedroom en-suite with bare wires /holes in the wall/floor/ ceiling. We never missed a payment and only questioned the bill as it was spiralling out of control. Lee designed and fitted my bathroom and has done and amazing job paying attention to all the details. We had the old bathroom taken out and Lee and Ben tiled the full room and fitted the new bathroom including a bespoke cabinet that they made for us. Can’t wait to have my kitchen done next. More...
