I am a qualified personal trainer with a Bachelor degree in Sports and Exercise Science.
Having years of experience within the sports industry I specialise in tailoring exercise programmes exactely to my clients needs whether it is losing weight, building muscle or simply just wanting to tone up or become flexible.

Wanting to achieve a healthier body can often stem from an emotional feeling, and the most important thing for my clients is that they feel listened to. I take my time to speak to my clients about their goals and make sure to put togehter a detailed exercise programme that fits their needs and goals. Everyone is different and therefore every exercise plan needs to be different.

There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams. It is simply dedication and hard work. Diet plays a vital role in becoming healthier, but also if you want to build muscle as well as losing weight. I make sure that my sessions is enjoyable and that we have fun, that will keep the motivation up.

I love to see people getting happier with them selves. When my clients acheive their goals, I have achieved my goal.

My sessions are fun and enjoyable. I often train togehter with my clients instead of standing on the side. This makes the session more fun and motivational, and my clients does not feel like they are the only ones pushing.
