We are specialists in road, car parks, cycle lanes and footpath construction and maintenance for commercial and private clients throughout the UK. We are also professionals at road surfacing and road surface dressing. Our customers include private estates, health service, property developers, and local governments.
We are a family run business and have delivered many years of outstanding surfacing across the UK. We are proudly accredited to safety standards schemes such as CHAS, SSIP, NFB, Constructionline, ISO 9001 and 45001membership which provides a framework and guidance on the management of the environmental aspects and risk of construction activities. We only use our own operatives and operate our own plant and machinery, which gives us complete control of the iron triangle “budgets, time and quality”. As a company we also highly regard the training and development of our staff. We have a thorough training program in place which focuses significantly on the site workforce. With emphasis on highway works, Supervisors and relevant operatives possess Streetworks qualification. Passport to Safety and CSCS is a minimum requirement. In addition to this, all plant operators maintain a level of accreditation with the relevant scheme including NPORS and CPCS. We continually assessing our requirements and investing in NVQ’s in plant operations, refresher training as necessary. Our bespoke in-house database enables us to assess our needs and notifies us of any imminent refresher requirements. We know that speed and efficiency are vital to completing any task. Our progressive fleet of plant is continually reviewed by the Managing Directors, who continues to have vast site experience, therefore enabling us to re-structure as required. The Company has demonstrated a commitment to identify all activities that have the potential to cause an environmental impact, as well as providing adequate resources to help prevent any negative impact.

We believe in taking ownership that is why we have our in-house apprenticeship scheme and work experience offering young unemployed people the chance to gain some valuable work experience.

Victi Projects understands that it is working within the groundworks of commercial and residential properties, and during any project, our staff may come in contact with occupants of the property. All sub-contractors, Victi employees and sub contractors will follow the instructions stated in the pre-start onsite induction to help prevent Covid 19.
The induction has a detailed risks and control measures to follow for example:
1) The company will consider introducing staggered start and finish times to reduce congestion and contact.
2) Where loading and offloading arrangements on site will allow it, drivers will remain in their vehicles. Where drivers are required to exit their vehicle, they should wash or sanitise their hands before handling any materials.
3) If work is not able to be done whilst maintaining a two metre distance, the company will consider whether the activity should continue and, if so will have assessed the risk using a hierarchy of controls and against sector-specific guidance.
