Unique Hair Extensions

Horrible experience .I have bought the hair extensions from them ….The hair was supposed to be 30 inches long and jet black …received the hair ,looked at it was 24-26 inches and a totally different colour. I needed the hair badly for an event and I already paid for my hair extensions to be fitted in the day they were arriving,could not cancel my appointment as I would lose my money and I wouldn’t have my hair done for my event and did not had time to send it back and receive another one,so I emailed them back with pictures and told them to send me a refund for the length difference which they have done .Closed my eyes and had the extensions fitted in…1 week later after 2 washes (bear in mind that I had extensions fitted in for the last 6 years ),hair was shedding and matting ,drying and looked awful…I have emailed them again and I have told them I’d like to send them back in order to get a refund because the hair quality was terrible ,they told me that I need to send in a sample for them to test,which I have done,after about 2 weeks I emailed them again to ask what happened with the sample I have sent in ,they have told me they haven’t received any sample…which means If I was sending back all the hair they will end up saying they haven’t received anything and I’ll end up with no hair/no refund .I don’t know if there’s any point of sending back another sample just so they can play with my nerves and tell me they will lose it again and lll have to wait for a refund for 6 weeks even if they do get it tested …this company is a total joke and they shouldn’t be selling hair as they don’t know customer service ,they behave as if people are lying to them ,as if for me it was a very happy situation to pay for my hair to be fitted in just so I can take it off two weeks later and pay again for that as if I don’t have what to do with my time and money .Won’t be buying again and I’ll make sure I’ll leave this review everywhere so that everyone knows how they treat people .AWFUL!!!Terrible!
