Chris has recently carried out some work for us and we have nothing but the highest of praise. From the original visit to carry out the quote, which was very competitive, to completion, we couldn't have asked for better service. Chris always turned up on time and kept us fully informed throughout, liaising with building control and ensuring certification was issued promptly. Always polite and respectful of working in our home, he was brilliant in trying to keep disruption and dust as contained as possible. Chris completed the work over 2-3 days, in the timescale agreed, incorporating some changes to plan without hesitation. Each evening he left the areas he was working in as tidy as possible, and each day appropriate use of dust sheets minimized any mess. We have used Chris on 3 separate occasions because of the quality of his work. Chris removed our front boundary wall and rebuilt. The quality of the work was so good we used Chris to build our conservatory and because of the quality of his brickwork we decided to have exposed facing bricks on the inside. Chris has also undertaken some plastering for us and again his work was faultless and always so clean and tidy. Chris first worked for us over 12 years ago on a major renovation of a period home which had been completely ruined by previous unsympathetic alterations. By the time it was finished, the house was beautiful! Chris and his team remodelled our kitchen. From the outset Chris was professional, friendly and great at his job. The guys came when they said they were going to come, did what they said they would do and charged us what they quoted! You can’t ask for more than that. We used Uniq Developments to renovate the top floor of our house which involved moving walls, creating a shower room and dealing with all of the problems that an old building throws up. Chris did a fantastic job and we are really pleased with the result.
