I can't thank the uma design team enough for getting the plans through and quality of build, it really has changed the house drastically. We didn't think we'd have so much space from the small house we had, and the modern touches such as the skylights are a great touch! Had Uma build a garden room a while back- here's my feedback!
From start to finish we received a great service contacting them online and over the phone- the whole process was transparent.
The building team was professional, attentive to details, and were very friendly in taking on board my feedback during the build (A couple of small issues with the door, but these were dealt with quickly). They also gave us some useful tips to maintain and decorate my garden pod.
I've only needed a small radiator in the room for during the winter, but it's really been a great place for me to work from. All in all outstanding transparent service, good materials, smooth install, still a great space after a couple of years. I can highly recommend this company.

I had a shed/pod fitted last year between lock downs to enable me to work from home. it has been a total life saver. Also, really boosted my mental health not sitting in the house interrupting everyone. The fitting process was great. The guys were very kind on working hours and not making any mess. The shed is well built and with a small electric radiator is cosy in winter. Can't recommend enough. So a few points of learning a few months on... - the shed itself is a bit taller in real life than I'd anticipated - whilst in most cases this won't be a problem in terms of planning, its worth checking. - there isn't a vent so worth investing in plants and mini dehumidifier to keep the air purified - esp if you'll have a heater on a lot - do as I did and get some extra sockets added. Never have too many plug holes! I've recommended these guys to so many people.... excellent. More...

We supply a full DIY kit for assembly in to either a garden room (away from the property) or a house extension (attached to the property).
Our kits can be assembled quickly, with low material waste and come with an easy to follow manual for those with the resources and skills to perform the installation.
