They listened to everything we were hoping to achieve and then used their expertise and professionalism to make that a reality.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Ash, Jess and the rest of their team. From the initial meeting and planning right through the whole process they couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them particularly considering that we were 50 miles from their base. The work quality was second to none and the attention to detail impeccable. The work was carried out exactly to the time scale promised. Totally professional and innovative transformation of our utility room, which has created a stunning yet functional part of our home. Proactive approach to solving some awkward issues (e.g boxing round the boiler and pipe work), and all work done by punctual and dedicated team working alongside Ash. We came across Ultimate Wetrooms and Bathrooms through a recommendation by a friend. We are delighted with the beautiful and stylish bathroom they have created for us. They worked with us through our remodelling ideas and we would continually swap ideas on a shared board on Pinterest. Through the swapping of ideas and intelligent conversation we finalised our ideas. They arrived on the agreed date and carefully prepared the staircase using self adhesive carpet floor protection film, thus ensuring no damage to our hall, stairs and landing carpet. The team proved to be hardworking and professional, solving problems along the way. The process took just short of ten days including a thorough clean leaving us with a brand new dazzling bathroom.
