Good customer service. Not sure about all the negative feedback. Called their technical team to get some information on ground preparation. Placed the order in the morning and It was delivered next day quicker than expected. The backing is made of strong and sturdy material which perfectly covers the soil (mixed with gravel ) and paving stones. Didn't even have to use sand to cover the ground. The only feedback I would have, it would be good to have an automated message for the weekend when customer service is closed. More...

Excellent service. Delivery was expedient and managed well. The 'grass' looked very flat but once it had been rained on and brushed it looked great. It is in my front garden and I have many compliments from locals, friends and family. Since my new lawn allows for water drainage too I am happy from the green issue point of view. Another plus .... local cats no longer poo on it. Yay ! The back garden will be next ... worth the spend. More...

Purchased the grass for the ditches surrounding the bowling club green. They look excellent and we will roll up and store the matting over the closed months. Great service. Carrier damaged one item Express Grass replaced it quickly and without fusd. When calling them by phone you can be put through to a vall centre who handle their calls. The call centre isn't great. Hang up and call later on in the hope of getting through to the company direct. More...

Really pleased with our artificial lawn that we purchased from Expressgrass, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. The quality of the product is the reason why we chose Expressgrass, we chose Selhurst and it really does have a natural look, without all the hard work of mowing, weeding and feeding that goes with a real lawn. The only downside is the couriers they use Tufnells, they are totally unreliable and their call centre is a shambles. Avoid Tufnells at all costs because they will not turn up. We had to give them an ultimation, deliver on the day or the order is cancelled. They finally turned up at 7pm having given us a midday delivery slot. More...

The order was processed online and delivered very quickly - the glue for the Grass is Excellent; however, the self-adhesive jointing tape is not very good and still hasn't fully stuck to the grass backing.
