They never turned up, I had to ring to chase hours later and was told “I thought it was Thursday” when it was Thursday.

Hi John, I apologise that you feel this way, we had it in our calendar to come and give you a quote on a different day, it was a genuine misunderstanding. When you called we offered to come the next day in which you declined. Nonetheless we understand and appreciate your feedback.
