Damp and mould surveys
It is often best to get an independent damp survey. Depending on the concern, a damp surveyor will attend site to determine, explain and discuss the reason for your damp and mould. A report will then be produced and emailed to you for future reference ongoing to rectify the concern or use as you wish.
