The first installation was not accepted ,grass had not bonded, site was not levelled off and below the border causing water logging and sloped away drastically at one side. The grass had been cut 40mm short down one side and across the top. There was a hole in material. The product was excellent and after inspecting the complaint,the company sent a team who started from scratch and reworked the whole job and achieve the standard expected. We had artificial grass installed by another company in the summer, which we quickly found had multiple issues. That company then went bust. Fearing we would need to rip it all out and start again, we contacted Trulawn for advice. Their surveyor Charles came to our property and offered lots of advice on what the problems were and options we had, including what we could try and do so salvage the existing installation, so no hard sell. Unfortunately for us we couldn't fix what we had, so went back to Trulawn to ask them to do a new installation. That installation took place yesterday and what a difference! We've learned a lot over the past few months about the do's and dont's and I'm pleased to say as far as we can tell Trulawn have done everything right! The installers Adam and Connor arrived promptly, were incredibly professional and polite, completed the work very efficiently and did a great job of clearing up afterwards. The administration team at the Eversley office have also been incredibly helpful and efficient throughout. Only time will tell if the problems we had with the previous installation are behind us, but we are confident in the work that was done yesterday and are sure it will give us many years of good service.
