So far, so good. I filled in my details on fb after trying to phone various solicitors with a view to making two Powers of Attorney and not getting their promised call back!

After completing my details on fb I received a phone call a little later and arranged a follow up call after I had received paperwork to read through, all my queries were answered and the team, Matthew, Chris and Sarah, a family run business, were really helpful, really professional and a pleasure to deal with. The cost was reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was struggling with LPA so I got in touch with trinity life. They explained everything to me, what they could do and that they would take as much pressure off me as possible .

I have known Chris and Sarah for the last 2 years socially but didn't know the extent of their work professionally. A conversation Sunday morning led to a link Sunday evening for a meeting Monday morning. Within 24 hours we were 99% of the way towards getting wills sorted and having peace of mind. If anything was to happen to us our daughter is safe and cared for. It is not a nice subject to think about but Sarah was so sensitive and caring in her approach. We approached three companies to obtain competitive quotations to prepare LPas for me and my wife. Unlike their competitors, Trinity Life declined to give prices over the initial telephone call but requested a pre-requisite 30 minute telephone conversation - which was fine. One reminder text and two reminder emails later the call took place. After a few qualifying questions the consultant quoted us a price which was more than double that offered by both Town & Country Law and Zen Legal. When we pointed this out he offered a much reduced price provided that we accepted and paid there and then. Candidly we did not like this approach at all and would have preferred a more open and straightforward approach. We cannot comment on the quality of their service since we have decided to use another company but would advise potential customers to haggle! More...
