Ok first contacted Triac a year ago with a project I had in mind to transform my outside patio area into a fully decked level access in composite decking. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted and Triac embraced my ideas and formulated them into a reality and now have exactly what I wanted it has transformed our garden and house no end. We tweked and adjusted along the way and Triac was very keen to get started with the project we had to put our plans on hold and tell Triac that at this time we were unable to continue Triac was more than happy to wait and not at all worried about his time he had so far given me. However the following year Triac contacted us and asked if we were still interested in continuing with our project and was more than happy to work on his original quote thou this was not our reason initially for the delay we were now ready to continue and Triac got busy listing our timber and decking supplies he recommended a company that produce some excellent composit decking and at a great price, Triac allows his clients full control on buying supplies and this we did and paid for at the time of ordering, no hidden costs, with his quote for labour separate from the rest of the quote you can see what you are paying for all the time it gave us great flexibility to manipulate and keep costs down as we did change things along the way, it did not always go well but Triac was able to work a way around stock shortage and lack of building supplies during our lock down measures. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout with emails and phone calls. The whole project with all delays due to COV19 issues still came in on time and on budget, we are more than happy with our finished deck using Dino decking boards look fantastic as dose the rest of the job we had a lean too built as well tailored for our specific needs of which Triac added suggestions along the way of things we may not have thought of we had a concrete pad included some way into the start and this has worked out well as we intend on having a hot tub to go with the new deck, Triac suggested that as we had as yet not purchased our tub he would include some flexibility into the design so adjustments could be made when fitted, something he is more than happy to come back and do. There were times when the work needed an extra pair of hands and Triac was able to call upon these resources when needed other than that he cracked on on his own, All in all a great service from an extremely nice person who loves his work and takes pride in its finish I have other projects in mind and Triac will.be my go to Landscaper to whom I will call I thoughley recommend Triac Rydquist as a very capable landscaper/builder and lays an amazing deck. Excellent workmanship and timekeeping
He laid solid wood floors for us as well as tiled entrance hall. His level of workmanship and detail was excellent and 2 months later, it still looks perfect.
