I love seeing my clients getting stronger year by year.
I love reading client's needs and helping them to develop body awareness.
I love building relationships with my clients and make their time enjoyable whilst working hard.

I have dancing and acrobatics background, Pilates was always my secret to stay balance within, I always felt the need to express my knowledge about body mind connection and embodiment since a very early age.
I guess what inspires me is the need to express and help others for find their inner strength in and out.

I am qualified as a Transpersonal psychologist and a Classical Pilates Instructor, my knowledge comprehends more than 5 techniques plus studio equipment machines, which makes my method unique and strong.
My sessions are warm, fun, targeted and I will make sure the clients works hard and achieves what they wish in their bodies.

Equipment sessions are designed for you to explore a vast amount of exercises on Pilates Studio equipment such: Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel and Chair, which will allow you to progress faster using the support of the machines.

This method allows the clients to change their movement patterns and also apply them to their day to day life. This practice will awaken and strengthen muscles that haven't been used before promoting strength, flexibility and balance in your body.

This sessions can prevent you from injury and they also also improve back pain, sciatica, joint replacement, osteoporosis, shoulder pain, neck pain, poor posture, post natal.

Expect to have a tailored session full of strong exercises using small equipment such weights, stretch bands, foam roller, chair, fitness circle. if you have. You do not need to have equipment to take your sessions at home, Angela will adapt the exercises to you needs and place you live in. This sessions are designed for you to sweat and get fit at home using low impact exercises.
