Structural Inspection
I can undertake inspections to determine capacity for alteration or design on your particular project. This would involve me or an associate of mine attending site and responding to questions you may have. Afterwards a report will be provided with summaries of the findings.
Home Extension
If you need calculations and structural design for a home extension I can provide these. This will typically involve a site visit which will depend on the current level of information that you can provide. This will be followed by the production of design information for the structural elements such as steel beams in harmony with the architectural information. A pack of information will be provided for building control acceptance.
Loft Conversion
If you need calculations and structural design for a loft conversion I can provide these. This will typically involve a site visit which will depend on the current level of information that you can provide. This will be followed by the production of design information for the structural elements such as steel beams in harmony with the architectural information. A pack of information will be provided for building control acceptance.
Internal Wall Removal
I can undertake inspections to determine the capacity to remove internal walls. This would involve me or an associate undertaking a site visit to determine if it is load bearing and then undertaking structural designs (if required) as evidence to your building control officer.
Structural Calculations
Some clients just need calculations with minimal information. I can develop calculations for engineers, architect's, and developers for individual elements on a per element basis.
