So I would like to leave a review for my first experience of Torbay Cleaning Co. Firstly i will say i have 100 plus horrid stories from past attempts to get cleaners from them not turning up, letting me down at last minute continually etc. Even had a massive con artist that i found out latter through FB forum had left a trail of disaster and stealing etc in her wake.. Bit too late for me.. So always try and secure CRB and reference checks etc. Anyway i had no hope again of finding anyone given my very bad experiences. But extremely happy to say this early stage with Torbay Cleaning Co i am very optimist! I found them on f.b and read the reviews. Given that they have commercial cleaning jobs etc and good feedbacks although not too many i messaged. Lana was fast and responsive. Her partner/husband called and was professional,direct and answered my questions, concerns to my statisfication. Lana came across professional and friendly over the ether and fitted me in although she was busy coming week and off away thereafter for a short break. So Today two girls Shelly and Jodi arrive at 9am sharp as booked. They got to work, listened to my direction, were polite, very considerate, didnt need telling twice, thorough in what they did, worked to a good pace without cutting corners. Respectful and accomodating. I was in bed as hadnt slept and they were also quiet in doing their job whilst i slept (thanks girls) I was very happy with their work. I had all rooms cleaned including kitchen and all the white goods,cooker in and out, cupboards, glass 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms lounge and large hallway. They did what i asked including a sweep of the outside leafs at end of booking time and fireplace clean. This wasnt a deep clean but surface dust, bleech, hoover, windows, mop jobs mostly but i was very happy with the way they worked, punctuality, manner and also the initial dealing with lana and her husband. So i am very pleased to leave this review, will do so after used them a few times in the future also. I hope lana builds her business up always using the same level of cleaners as these girls and herself and with reliability they will do super well.. I want her to hire others because i want to keep shelly and jody for myself, unless the any others are as good...lol Very nice to see hard workers in a hard working industry do so well. We have been in business since 2015 but have plenty of previous experience along the way.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We can bring all products and equipment needed. Our hourly rate can be adjusted if we use our clients products/equipment.
What do you love most about your job?
I am very particular when it comes to attention to detail and most of all I love to go that extra mile for a client. I enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a degree in Business management so always knew I wanted to start and manage my own business. I actually enjoy Cleaning and my business is my baby, I am very proud of it so customer satisfaction is extremely important to me.
Why should our clients choose you?
Unlike some larger companies we have a personal friendly approach to our cleans. We are a local, family company and i try and personally be part of the team Cleaning if a larger job ie End Of Tenancy cleans to ensure the job is carried out to my high standards. We have very reasonable rates and work evenings and weekends to ensure we try and fit every client that needs us in.
