We were really pleased with our kitchen installation from Dima, Zans, and Alex. Dima was our installer and worked very hard and to a high standard; was very diligent and meticulous; and tidied up after his work well. The team were also very quickly responsive to any questions or requests we had; and accommodating to our preferences including a tricky herringbone tile splashback design. Their quote was about mid-range across all those we gathered and felt very fair; and their estimation for the time to complete the work was accurate/honest (the project took three weeks- some teams quoted a week which would most definitely not have been to such high quality/finish). Alex, Ivan, Zans and the rest of the team have done a great job of our bathroom. I was particularly impressed with how they dealt with little hiccups when they arose. If something wasn’t communicated properly and so something not done quite how we wanted it they were really good about sorting it out.
